I'm a mother to a rambunctious and hilarious little boy named Camden. Camden is a social ham and flirts with women shamelessly.
He also runs head forward -looking like a little T-Rex trying to take flight.
I'm a wife to a hard working man with an infectious laugh named John. John is from Maryland. He and I have been married since 2006 and have known each other since 2000 -it took me 6 years to get that ring! He is strong-willed, smart, humble, Manly, and has a beautiful spirit. He balances me out and ignores my gray hairs. I heart John.
Together we own an extremely large and furry Golden Retriever named Mason - who LOVES his boy.
5 things you may not know about me:
1. I'm from Florida.
2. I have a wicked sense of humor.
3. I love anything with cream cheese on or in it.
4. Sometimes (I have heard only through rumors) I can be crazy. Not like Charlie Sheen crazy, but more like a mom trying to balance her life with a family, and a job, and a home kind of crazy.
5. Over all I guess you would say I'm pretty normal.
We have been moving a lot in the last five years due to John's work -the restaurant biz. We moved from South Carolina to Florida, then on to Cincinnati, then on to Chicago. After Camden was born we decided to settle down for a little while and chose to come back to our house here in Upstate South Carolina, and then moved again to another house a few miles down the road. This will be our sixth move in 5 years. I'm staying put, I swear this time -at least for two years!
We have plenty of fun challenges ahead of us. Between raising a toddler, and attempting to live life to it's fullest, we have our work cut out for us.
